GLOCK® Pistol Training

Be trained in the safe and tactical operation of a GLOCK Pistol by a GLOCK Certified Instructor.  Not only are some of our staff Armorers trained by GLOCK, but we are fortunate enough to have a team member selected to attend the GLOCK Pistol Instructor Development Workshop at Glock Headquarters in Smyrna, GA.

This course introduces the student to techniques applicable to defensive use of the handgun. Emphasis is put on shooting skill development for application in real-life circumstances. The fundamentals of Mindset, Gun-handling, and Marksmanship are covered in lecture while the practical aspects are taught on the range. Other course topics include Situational Awareness, equipment selection, safety, handling, loading, unloading, malfunction clearance, drawing and firing techniques, single handed firing, firing from cover, multiple targets, movement, and tactics

GLOCK pistols are used by many law enforcement agencies around the world and these classes are held throughout the United States and Canada.  This course includes BOTH classroom and live-fire range training.

Course length is a total of 20 hours (2.5 days).  Each student is responsible to supply a GLOCK pistol, 1000 rounds of ammunition for that pistol, a duty belt with holster and double magazine pouch, 6 dummy rounds (snap caps), a baseball style hat, eye and ear protection.  A limited amount of these itmes are available for rental if notified in advance at the time of the booking.
